UNICAN is an innovative product which we propose to the world of CAR HI-FI ACCESSORIES with the aim of providing our customers with simple and efficient solutions, to the more and more frequent requests from employers, for the integration of aftermarket systems of OEM systems.
This device allows you to connect to a wide range of JVC mobile entertainment devices through simple operations, to any vehicle with a CANBUS protocol (see the list of car compatibility).
UNICAN contains all the CANBUS car purchase protocols in its memory.
The selection of the protocol is automatic once the device is connected to the CANBUS network. Dip switches settings or other procedures are not necessary.

UNICAN also provides other steering wheel commands for controlling the car radio, and also services such as ignition, sidelights, speedpulse, reverse gear and handbrake.
This characteristic ensures complete integration without running the risks caused from this level of installation.
UNICAN offers a series of controls which allow you to recover certain functions which would be lost with the substitution of the OEM radio.
The Ampli Wake Up function, for example, allows you to reuse the amplifier from the original installation of the car even after the series car radio has been removed!
And even with PSA and OPEL the management of the onboard menu settings which are performer through the original radio, can be performed with the vehicles steering wheel commands through a simple procedure.
UNICAN is provided with free wire cable and an adapter for car radios, based on this choice, it is nevertheless possible to purchase the Plug&Play cables separately to facilitate the installation of the module.
