SlimKey II is a small and compact adapter that Paser offers to the car Hi-Fi market, following the installer's needs to recover car analogue outputs from the CANBUS line with a simple and economical solution.
SlimKey II connects to the car CANBUS line in the same manner the UNICAN interface does. It recognizes the car protocol and consequently chooses the correct synchronization with the car.
The module has a built in memory, containing hundreds of CANBUS protocols and the SlimKey II set-up can easily be completed by following a simple installation procedure.
The major characteristics of the adapter are the power, to supply a typical +12VDC ignition output with a max. current of 1800 mA and the small size, allowing a high level integration while taking a minimum of space.
SlimKey II has two programmable outputs. By default, it supplies the Ignition and Speedpulse, but can also be set to either Illumination, Reverse Gear, Handbrake or Parking Sensor Beepers.
With the adequate equipment, the SlimKey II can easily be updated.
